TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

1. Eligibility

The Rexona x iFitness Gym Activation is open to eligible consumers who participate at participating iFitness gym locations during the Promotion Period.

2. How to Participate

Consumers who make a qualifying Rexona purchase during the Activation may be invited to participate in the registration and reward journey.

Following a qualifying purchase, the consumer will be directed to scan the QR code displayed at the Rexona activation stand.

The consumer will be required to complete the registration form by providing the requested information, which may include their name, email address and phone number.

Participants are responsible for ensuring that the information provided is accurate, complete and valid.

Each eligible consumer may register only once per qualifying purchase.

3. Discount Coupon

Upon successful registration, the participant will receive a personalised discount coupon via the email address provided during registration.

The discount coupon will be redeemable on a subsequent qualifying Rexona purchase at a participating iFitness activation, subject to the terms specified on the coupon.

The coupon is valid only within the stated redemption period.

The coupon cannot be exchanged for cash or any other monetary value.

The coupon may not be combined with other promotions, discounts or offers unless expressly stated otherwise.

The coupon is intended for the registered participant and may not be transferred, resold or reproduced.

The Organiser reserves the right to reject or invalidate coupons that are duplicated, altered, reproduced, fraudulently obtained or otherwise misused.

4. Email Delivery

The discount coupon will be sent to the email address provided by the participant during registration.

Participants are responsible for providing a valid email address and checking their inbox, spam or junk folders for the coupon.

The Organiser will not be responsible for non-delivery resulting from an incorrect email address, full mailbox, email filtering or other circumstances outside the Organiser’s reasonable control.

5. Personal Data & Privacy

Personal information collected through the Activation will be processed for administering the Activation, managing participation, delivering the discount coupon and measuring campaign performance.

Personal information will be processed in accordance with the applicable Privacy Notice and applicable data-protection laws.

Participants will be provided access to the Privacy Notice before submitting their information.

Where a participant separately opts in to receive future Rexona marketing communications, their information may be used for those communications in accordance with applicable consent and the Privacy Notice.

Marketing consent is optional and is not required solely for participation in the Activation or receipt of the promotional reward.

6. Marketing Communications

Participants who choose to receive future Rexona communications may receive information relating to Rexona products, promotions, offers, activations and other relevant brand communications.

Participants may withdraw their marketing consent or unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the available unsubscribe or opt-out mechanism.

7. Fraud, Abuse & Disqualification

The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any participant or invalidate any registration or reward where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the participant has:

• Provided false or misleading information;
• Attempted to register more than once where multiple registrations are not permitted;
• Manipulated or interfered with the registration process;
• Attempted to obtain a reward fraudulently;
• Misused, reproduced or altered a discount coupon; or
• Otherwise breached these Terms & Conditions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Organiser shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, delay or failure arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including technical failures, network interruptions, email delivery failures or circumstances affecting the availability of the Activation.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By participating in the Activation and submitting the registration form, the participant confirms that they have read and understood these Terms & Conditions and agree to be bound by them.

Participation in the Activation also remains subject to the applicable Privacy Notice.
